Haute Online is in a very unique business of selling window treatment and upholstery trimming and fabric through our website. We make every effort to get you the perfect trim for your designing needs and always stand by the quality of our products.

 

We recommend ordering samples

 

We make every effort to picture our trim as accurately as possible however, since computer monitors are not color accurate we STRONGLY recommend ordering a sample trim or swatch prior to ordering your fabric or trim to ensure color accuracy.

 

Sample Refund Policy
Sample fees will be refunded for order of exact same product and color.    

 

 

 

Return Policy

 
In the event you would like to return an item, please read carefully our policy and processes.

Returnable items

The following items can be returned:

Merchandise sold by the piece (e.g. buttons, tassels)

Damaged goods

Incorrect items

 

 

The following items can NOT be returned:

Any cut merchandise

Special ordered items

 

 

Non-returnable items sent back to Haute Online will incur a 30% restocking fee.

 

 

Incorrect or Damaged items

 

At Haute Online, we are committed to selling only the best quality trim and fabric. We inspect all of our merchandise before it gets shipped to you. In the unlikely event you receive incorrect or damaged merchandise, we will gladly replace them with new merchandise via the same shipping method used on your original order.   If you prefer, you may use another return shipping method at your own expense. Please promptly return the damaged goods to us in order to prevent double billing.

 

Returns

 

Returns must be made within 30 days of our invoice date. Original merchandise must be returned and received by Haute Online before any refunds can be processed. When your return is received, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the value of the merchandise returned and sales tax, if any. We generally do not reimburse the original shipping and handling charge on your invoice.

This policy applies to items purchased online at www.hauteonline.com. The return policy for items bought in our store may be different.  

 

Sending a Return

 

Along with your return, please provide us with your order number, and the style number, color and quantity of the item you would like to return. A return form is provided for you on the bottom of the order invoice.

Getting status on a return

 

Once we receive your return, we credit the appropriate account within 10-14 days. You will receive an email notifying you that your return has been processed and the proper account is credited.
